Built in 1922, the Guaranty Building is a beautiful historic office located on Monument Circle with a rooftop deck overlooking the Soldiers and Sailors Monument. The Guaranty Building features Renaissance Revival styling and limestone facades with a modern, high-tech interior. Its great location in the center of downtown Indianapolis puts it within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and hotels.

Built in 1916 by the Gibson Company, the Gibson Building was used as a manufacturing facility for 25 Empire automobiles. While used as warehousing, the structure retained historic features such as the decorative terra cotta trim. The 2007 restoration replicated the original windows, repaired and repointed the terra cotta and brick, and reopened the storefronts. The Gibson Building is home to ExactTarget's technology teams and is home to a café and restaurant on the main floor.

In the heart of downtown Indianapolis' Wholesale District, the Century Building has historic charm with modern efficiency. The Century Building was built in 1901 to house large printing presses of multiple printing companies. It represents the commercial printing industry that coexisted with the wholesale trade in this historic district, and remained one of the city's printing headquarters until 1946. Today, it is home to ExactTarget's Services organisation as well as the Deliverability and Relationship Management teams.
